We leverage industry leading usability testing metrics, like SEQ and SUS, both tried and true with decades of scoring to draw from as well as newer metrics, like SUPR-Q, that provide us with more modern indicators and scoring.

Our comprehensive framework follows a three-phase approach to ensure thorough coverage throughout your product lifecycle:

Between Askable.com, Userfeel.com, Usertesting.com and Maze.com – we will choose which panel and platform best suits the criteria and needs of your organisation, product and audience.
Each testing phase is a little different from the last, and if conducting all three (or a pair of them) then deliverables can change depending.
However generally speaking a RAW data .CSV file will be provided of all the data points gathered (specifically SEQ, SUS, SUPR-Q metrics) for your records and a full BlockPattern branded report in both PowerPoint and Keynote format.
White Labelled reporting can be organised for an additional fee.
Our usability testing sessions are tailor made to your organisation, product and audience needs. However, in our experience, remote unmoderated usability testing is the most cost effective approach to gaining valuable customer insights.
With a decade of experience within our founding team, we have identified that just because research is unmoderated, doesn’t mean we cannot gather quality qualitative insights.
We have refined both our scripts and framework to maximise the quantitative and qualitative feedback from our participants, doing so in a scalable manner means we can maximise the data ingested and insights discovered.
Comparing participant provided usability testing metrics against industry standards as well as against industry specific scoring will provide medium-high level confidence insights depending on the number of participants.
Couple this data with qualitative feedback from these same participants, cross referenced against specific tasks, provides very high level of confidence insights and recommendations.
